HelpDesk Services and Price List
The student helpdesk is open for technical service Monday-Friday and the hours are from 8:30am until 4:45pm. Work orders can be established between those hours by setting an appointment with the student helpdesk technician. Some work orders will incur a service charge so please inquire about this charge prior to services being performed. There will be no technical service appointments provided on Saturday or Sunday however the ATM does provide informational service and reset passwords over the weekend.
When leaving your equipment the ATM student technician will provide you a traceable work order. This receipt is how as a student you can track the progression of your service.
Services and Fees
Prior to students having work provided, the ATM student technician will ensure that the cost is provided before services are rendered. Students who agree to this charge must make payment to the financial cage located on the first floor of Whipple Barn. This receipt must be provided to the ATM before work is started.

|Software Install||$35.00/Per Title||Installation of various software titles that users may need.|
|PC Optimization||$60.00||Windows updates, registry tune-up, removal of unnecessary software for computer performance.|
|Virus Removal||$100.00||Diagnostics, virus removal, anti-virus install, and optimization.|
|Hardware Install||$100.00||Installation of new hardware or device.|
|PC Rebuild||$150.00||Operating system install, windows updates, anti-virus software install.|
|Network Setup||No Charge||If on-campus and you cannot connect to the network, the network team can make an assessment and refer the student to the HelpDesk for necessary work.|
