Getting Help
As a service to the Hampton University community, the ATM provides a Help Desk to assist with hardware, software, and Internet concerns. Contact the Help Desk with your questions or schedule an appointment to have your computer serviced.
Repairs for staff personal computers are billed at a rate of $35 per hour. Computers that are the property of Hampton University are required to be serviced by Hampton University Help Desk staff only.
To have your computer serviced, you must contact the helpdesk via email or phone and obtain a work order. Technicians are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please allow at least 48 hours for you computer to be returned to you.
